Norma is a nice instructor but if you need your BLS as soon as possible this is NOT the place for you! My class was last friday 9/2 and it is 9/10 and I have still not recieved my ecard. I was told I would have it by 9/9 and that it took 7 days and I still have not received it. I had to retake the class again somewhere else and got my ecard from them in less than 24hrs after taking the class. When speaking to other coworkers they too had this same issue with this location and said they had to keep bugging to see where their ecard was and why it was taking so long
