Water damage nightmare we called SERVPRO Bakersfield. This was the greatest insurance claim experience we have ever had. The SERVPRO team headed up by Nora Choe was awesome ! Had water and mold mitigation done for both my bathrooms. Was helped by Junior and his team. They were punctual and clean, every day they would clean up my hallway and entryway where they walked through. Junior was always willing to talk to me and explain what they would be doing that day, always keeping me in the loop. If I have any water damage in the future I know that I will call SERVPRO first.
