Sometimes the hours change at Ross it depends on the day or its just the driving app because I have been having a lot of trouble with it.
Yes you can. I used to work at Ross. The rule is only service dogs, but it's not stated in the front of the store. We let all dogs in. Must be on a leach if on foot, if small enough in the shopping cart
If you have the receipt or gift receipt if it's payed by card it be refunded in 2 to 7 days to your bank account
