Just stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Great rustic cabin, nice pool and nice rec room. Beautiful pond on property to fish and the hidden gem is the horse back riding. I will be back!

I've been an owner since I was a kid. It's not perfect and not for everyone, but if you are looking for a getaway for your family this is a great place to do it. Hiking trails, private lake, horse back riding... All of this and more is included without having to pay extra while here. I vacation other places from time to time, and never like having to pay extra for this that and the other thing. If you are looking for a digital break for your family and an opportunity to help build character in your kids this is a great place to explore. Quiet, friendly, and consistent. Over time it will become like returning home when you visit. You'll literally own a piece of a whole small town.

The Fire definitely came close. No structures have been lost. The firefighters are on site. They will be using the ranch as base camp. The ranch is in good hands.

It varies. Don't know how much others pay but it's about $3000 for initial start and $100 each month in dues.
It costs thousands of dollars to plant fish. The ranch hasn't been able to for at least 20 years.
