Calif hot springs is not a hotel. It is a hot springs pool and tubs. Heat varies with the tubs being hotter than the huge pool. Cost to swim and soak is $20 for adults and $10 for children. Price is for all day. You have to shower in changing rooms before entering pool area. Bring flip flops the decking is hot..There is a gift shop, store and a Cafe inside the huge barn like structure. There is a rv only campground across the street. And USFS Leavis Flat campground down the road. A corporation from Texas has purchased the resort so I expect changes to come.

Nice place to chill. The big pool is heated to a temp close to the Caribbean sea in the dead of summer. One if the two hot tubs is about 10 degrees hotter than the other. The place serves a basic menu and alcoholic drinks and has a cute gift shop. Very laid back atmosphere to hang out for the day with friends or family.

As soon as we got there the old lady was just so rude looking us up and down. I’ve heard things of them discriminating certain people and that honestly felt like something she was doing. It was a party of 5 and 2 children and we went to pay and she sounded like she was bothered to continue payment mind you it wasn’t cheap it just very rude and disrespectful and I hope these people change their attitude especially for working in customer service. I hope they improve on this because at the end of the day tourist is what is keeping this place in business.
I like pizza
The pools and tubs were wonderful, the lockers were clean. But it's ran by smart-mouth hostile women with a bad attitude. The food is subpar. They don't really enforce the rules. They say no drinks in the pools, people have drinks. They say u can't spa alone, there's old ladies by themselves. Worst of all, they say no children in the spas, there's little annoying ill mannered children all over them. Parents, please make sure your kids aren't talking to other people annoying them. There's English ivy growing on the side of the place which is competly destroying the forest. The bad mannered service really bothered me. The crowd is a mix between nice well mannered people and trashy hicks. Over all, this wasn't my favorite place.

Nope :) closed Thursdays
We just went today and it was open, masks are required in the lobby but of course once you're out on the pool, outside, you're fine.
The pool is open for daily use; food and the shop are open as well. The trailer park is definitely open, but I'm unsure about the inn. I was there two weeks ago.
Oh and they sell soft served ice cream inside;)
