If I could they I would not give them NO star. The new owner is Vary Rude and arrogant. He told me to not come back because of my pets. I’m not the only person he’s told this to. It happened to another person when I picked up my vacuum. Apparently he has a problem with dogs. I will not be back or recommend this company. It has definitely gone down hill Since he took over. I love to support Local businesses. And will miss the old owner the Ryders.

Horrible place, best to be avoided. I was directed to this place by the manufacturer for inspection under warranty. Even before looking at the machine, they started pitching additional services. Very unprofessional. Plus I had to wait for half hour for someone to open the store even though I came at the advertised hour. Very bad experience. Not to mention the extensive downtime ( "it would take up to 3 weeks to even get to the machine because we are very busy"). The later quote I guess was meant to soften you up for the additional pitch for chargers not covered. Sort of to be so grateful that you got their attention and immediately say "yes" to any charges lest you lose your place in the contrived show. What a shame!

I needed a part for my vacuum. The owner was knowledgeable and quite helpful. I would highly recommend Lodi Sew & Vac. BEST vacuum shop in the area!!!

I took my Dyson vacuum in for repair. 2 1/2 weeks I called and was told it might need a new motor and if so I should throw it away. I asked about warranty information and asked some questions that he could not or did not want to answer. Was told all I wanted to do was argue and to pick up the machine.
