Everything about the Inn, the staff, and the food was perfect. My wife and I stayed there recently for our wedding anniversary. The Inn is a spotless, well maintained establishment with charming, antique décor. The food is fantastic. Funny story: We had lunch at another restaurant when we first came to town. While there, we asked the server for a good dinner recommendation and instead of nominating her work place, she recommended the restaurant at the Inn. The gourmet breakfast is included and a great reason to get out of bed. But the best part of the Inn is the staff and owners. They couldn't be nicer and always make everyone feel like they are family. My wife, a former hotel manager, noticed every detail, every extra effort, and happily told the owner what a great staff he employed. Brendan the owner recommended kayaking on nearby Squam Lake, even providing directions to a launching site. When most people are quick to complain, it is nice to provide nothing but compliments for a fantastic experience.

We are locals and dearly love the Inn Restaurant and Bar. This was our first overnight stay and it exceeded expectations! The room was spacious, perfectly clean and beautifully appointed. Of course, dinner was fabulous and breakfast was just as wonderful which is saying something! Thank you, Molly, Brendan,Steve and Sarah! We plan on making this a tradition!

We came here to celebrate our four year anniversary and couldn’t have been happier. The place and room was very clean and the room had everything you would need- all basic amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our waiter even gave us tourist recommendations. Cute bed and breakfast tucked away- a hidden gem. What an amazing find. Would recommend to a friend. 10/10

I was lucky enough to stay at the Squam Lake Inn during the winter break with my family. This is the best bed and breakfast that I’ve ever been to—the room was gorgeous, all of the meals were outstanding, and it was just so relaxing. Each day, we went for walks out to the “golden pond” and hung out in the dining rooms with board games. If you are looking for a weekend getaway to relax and recharge, this place is incredible. The owners are friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts and dinners are delicious, and it all has a classic, cozy feeling. I can’t wait to return.
