The slowest fast good experience of my life! Driving through Reno we were looking for a quick drive-thru at 1 am to continue on our route to Idaho. We got in the drive-thru line a few minutes before 1 am and didn’t pull away with our food for 45 minutes! The employees were in no hurry, they barely acknowledged us on the speaker, didn’t apologize or try to explain the wait at all, and when we finally got our 2 burritos & nachos, the beans in the burrito were ice cold. It was outrageously ridiculous of an experience and they seemed to have no idea that anything was wrong. What should have been a quick 15 minute delay was 3x that. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was truly extraordinary! That night shift needs better training and a little dang hustle in their step!!

LITERALLY JUST EVEN GOT GONE FROM TACO BELL ON KEY STONE AND FIRST TWR WAITED A HOUR IN LINE SECOND THEY DON'T EXCEPT HUNDREDS THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE AND GO BREAK THE MONEY DOESN'T BOTHER ME ITS AFTER ALL WE ONLY ORDERED 6 TACOS ALL MADE WITH ONLY MEAT and CHEESE EXTRA CHEESE AND THEY CHARGE FOR EXTRA cheese and get back. 1 NO EXTRA CHEESE 2 COLD AF AND we staying at seasons! 3 my husband tastes something hella wrong with the MEAT. 4 TOTAL 25 DOLLARS!!!! I don't mind the long wait times because I know restaurants are struggling with staffing since COVID hit. I like how close this one is to my house but mother of GOD, they have never once gotten my order correct! Even if I gently remind them that every time I order a doritos locos taco supreme, they give me a regular taco. I don't want to be a Karen who has to remind them, or has to check that my order is correct! I just wish they would pay more attention to the order. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

It generally takes 10-20 minutes to get your food. It definitely is in a bad state of affairs in regards to quickness. Needs better management. It's called fast food for a reason. It's a hit and miss if they get your order correct.
