Great weekend getaway. Property was clean. Pools were also clean. No playground at this time as it's being rebuilt. Nice spot for families.

I totally love this place! The office/reception staff were outstanding. I traveled to the White Mountains on business. I'm a floral vendor and was servicing a wedding near by. I called ahead to be sure there was ground level entry as I had lots of heavy things to move into my room. There was so much space and a decent area for me to work in. I brought my son and husband along and there was ample space for several floral artworks, bouquets and for my family. I was lucky to find such a gem. Especially because I booked last minute on a major holiday (4th of July) weekend. I cannot wait to go back for a more traditional vacation. My son had so much fun on the playground and frog hunting in their pond. I'm not much for golf but from what I saw of the course it was scenic. We did not get to visit the pool or recreations as I was there to do a job and we did have a bit of rainy weather during our stay. The only disappointment was the lack of continental breakfast. This is a resort designed for longer stays where most people likely bring their own groceries, so I totally understand and wish I'd brought my own coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups and flatware, with a coffee pot, pans the works. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Overall, it had a super homey vibe. Their rate was impressive when you consider all the guest it could accommodate and the terrific location, it's close to Lincoln with all its tourist and kid friendly hot spots. It's also near by to incredible hiking trails and great views of the river for all the photography geeks. I got wonderful photos of the their covered bridge and my son's happy face next their super welcoming sign with that jolly Jack O'lantern logo. At check out I was so happy to speak with Priscilla, who had checked me in and most likely talked to me when I called prior to arriving, she was genuinely interested in how my job went and we had a nice conversation about how incredible the area is. I'm so very grateful to have found such a great place and hope I can head there off the clock in the near future!

Have not been to the golf course, but stayed here during a trip in NH. The AirBnB condo we rented was well furnished and maintained. Plenty of space and lots of amenities for us during the stay. It is in a great location where it is very quiet. Right off a highway for easy access that allows for quick travel to restaurants and shops and attractions in the area.
