You can ask them to do it for you or you can purchase a mouthpiece remover to keep at home in case it happens again.

Check the website for rental prices. Since a 6th grader will continue to mature as a musician, rental is a better option than buying. Plus, you will get partial credit of your rental fee to put toward a step-up instrument.
