They'll tell you one thing and then switch it around pretty much they lie to you and they have a sign up that says if a vehicle is under $10,000 all you need is liability well I try to get one today that was less than 10,000 they also lied and told me I needed full coverage in order to drive it off the lot after I just brought my sick mom up there to sign some papers and that also took another 3 hours and we didn't even sign the papers because we left this place is bad for business I give it not even a one star because all they do is lie to customers do not trust them is false advertisement as well as the one in Lebanon Missouri

We bought an Infinity Q70S from this location. We started the process with James who was absolutely amazing. Very organized ready to make a deal. We made plans with James to come first thing Monday to finish with our down payment. We worked with Dylan very nice guy. However, it took 2 hrs to get down payment processed and proof of income dropped off. They forgot to gather the keys when opening so we waited and waited and waited. We left. Got a call that the car would be ready at 3 pm. I was very clear I wanted the pick up to be quick, earlier in the day. We got there at 2:45 pm. Car was still being inspected, couldn't find a manager. Was told by Dylan we are almost done several times. Finally at 4:15 pm we were able to sign. The manager, salesman and underwriter all apologized. They were short handed. Car is great. Process was easy. Appreciation of customers time needs work. If shopping for a car at this location, put your expectations out there and see if James is available to help. Make sure your deal is right from the get go.

Jacob and his team is amazing had 2 cars through them and had an accident that made it to where one car wasnt they got me working on a side note at such an affordable price amazing place with amazing people!

Meet Edward or better known as Eddie who has to resort to calling the police because he refuses to show proof that there is a zero balance owed on an account and that court documents is "proof enough" that nothing is owed. Probably the worst company to deal with.

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
Yes, you will need a valid driver's license. You'll also need proof of income, proof of residence, and vehicle title if you are trading in a vehicle.
