I was helped right when I got in the store in fact I have a broken leg and the AT&T employee even held the door open so I was able to enter easier. Everything was quick easy and the workers all had a good attitude and was really funny and knowledgeable to me.. it was great customer service the best I've had in a phone store. I definitely will stick with my new service with AT&T and if I ever need to go to a store for any reason I know that this store will be the one I go to because of the great service .

This company crooked they say exchange your phone for 800 dollars off but thats after ya sign 36 months hidden contract if you pay off remainer of the phone ya lose ya phone and its value and end up paying full amount. Sray away from these crooks and their hidden contracts and fees. I give 0 stars if i could.

Ok some employees not wearingmasks
I've never had an issue with any of the employees at this store. I mostly go in to pay my bill. When I did an upgrade there was no issues during or after my purchase. I'm very pleased with the customer service.
