Yesterday, there was some concerns with my storage that I didn’t have knowledge of because the payee of said units is serving overseas in the military. Thankfully a very honest and polite Stacy contacted me. She was very understanding and noted all of my concerns. The next day I was contacted by Vanessa who informed me that all my concerns have been resolved. A very special thank you to the staff for handling this situation so quickly and efficiently.
