Workers were rude, or very unhelpful on multiple occasions. First time was told to come in the next day to see the Dr., failed to let me know that I needed to make an appointment and Dr. Was there only on certain days of the week, which the next day was not one of them. After finally getting an appointment made and done tried to order contacts over the phone, lady was rude and told me she was not able to help me because I had not bought through walmart before, failed to mention I could do it online or could come in and get everything done. Had hung up on me. Lastly had finally got contacts ordered from another site, but the contacts I ordered were not labeled to which eye was which and the prescription was altered when verified with clinic. Called to verify as to which power was to the right and left eye and to see as to why the prescription was altered from what I ordered, was unable to give me any answers and was rude when our conversation was over. I will probably have to visit again to talk to doctor about changing prescription so when I order contacts again they will be right but I will not visit the location again otherwise.

From the exam to the fitting of my glasses, I have been pleased with the service. It would have been 5 stars except for the stupid policy of making their customers go to the store when they reorder the same scrip or glass style. All of the information is already in their system. For me that is a 70 mile trip to the store that is totally unnecessary. Walmart.. Join the 21st century
