Rude and incompetent front office staff. If you have a choice to take your pet elsewhere, do it!!! When AVS first opened, they were wonderful, with kind and compassionate staff to great you when you arrived. After several ownership changes, they clearly no longer care who they hire or how those people treat their clients.

This place is by far the service I’ve received from a vet hospital. I’d like to give a special thanks Dr. Jayden, Dr. Chloe ,and Patty. Even when slammed with other patients they help save my puppy Jax. He had life threading bladder stones and diagnosed with a heart murmur but lucky they were able to get the stones out in time and we are now on the road for recovery. I’ll give an update in a couple months with pictures on how Jax is doing. Thank you again to all the staff of advance veterinary care. You guys are awesome.
