Excellent beef stew!! (I can't remember the Korean name of it, lol) Fresh veggies galore!..... Shiitake mushrooms, eggplant, kimchi, seaweed, bean sprouts, carrots, herbs, and more! The freshest asian soup I've ever had by far. The eggplant was grown in our server's garden. A must try!

The service at Soorah is always exceptional. The food!!! It is always hot, seasoned perfectly and leaves you feeling like you are floating om cloud 9. Their homemade fermented goodies are so much fun and tasty. Try the Ramune drinks (aka marble sodas). Love this place!

This is a hidden gem! The food was really amazing - fresh locally grown veggies and a service that was so authentic and warm. Would definitely recommend the Veggie bibimbab. Our best food so far and we’ve been to Seattle and Portland!
