This is a nice traditional barbershop in the neighborhood I grew up in. The owner was able to fit me in as a walk in and she gave me a good haircut and beard trim. If I still lived here I would be a regular.

It just got raised to 23 dollars for standard guys haircut although they usually shave and straighten up your neck
Usually it's scissors on top and clipper on sides. But it depends on how long your hair is.
