Terrible service though the Drive up. 3 cars ahead of us. 25 mins wait time. Car in front just got a ice cream cone. Shake and cafe' was already melted when handed to us. French Fries were not eatable.... not even warm. Dried out. Sandwiches were not good either.

I am giving 2 stars simply bc the food was fresh to order. When someone says "EXTRA EXTRA ONIONS" "EXTRA EXTRA PICKLES" This is not what you should get. Im not sure if they charged extra or not (if they didn't awesome bc we didnt get our burgers the way we ordered) but if they did then what the heck. Either way, still freshly made. People order what they like. We would have gladly have paid for all of the extras

Went through the drive thru at 10:55pm and the person taking our order said "Welcome to McDonald's can you hold for a moment?" 7 mins later we left because they didn't say a word and shut all the lights off. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Their coffee machine was down which is fine but when I ordered they never said anything. When I got to the window they just oh she didn't say anything it's down. I totally get that it happens but the customer service was terrible communication was terrible the only thing that was good was the young gentleman that brought the food out for us. He was very polite. But for the rest of the store if I could give a zero I would. The management should be ashamed.
