They shouldn’t be recommended to anyone in the future. •They broke a window that was replaced and stated that they broke it because they were in an unsafe environment which isn’t true. •At the time, the installers said they would make sure that a new window would be ordered and that hasn’t happened. •It took them over two months to get the windows and kept rescheduling us. •They stated that they don’t reframe windows which doesn’t make sense to me and they stated that they are not carpenters smh Just not a good experience. Poor customer service. Didn’t try to rectify the situation at all.

I have used Best Glass twice in the past; once for replacing a broken window and a second time for caulking around the exterior of window that was leaking. They did a good job both times, were honest and had fair pricing. When we decided to redo our shower enclosure, they were the first company I called. I asked for a ballpark quote to make sure they were in the wheelhouse of what I was prepared to spend. The person I spoke to on the phone said they could do that and asked me to send an email with pictures and information. In the meantime, she also scheduled me for an in home measurement. They never provided the ballpark estimate and didn't respond to my follow-up email. There was a stow storm on Thursday (a day before my appointment). On Friday, the roads were still pretty bad, but manageable. My husband shoveled the driveway so they could get in for our appointment, but no one came and no one called. I called them and no one answered. I assumed it was due to the weather and thought someone would call me on Monday to apologize. Monday came and went, and nobody called. On Tuesday, I called to find out what happened. I was told that they closed on Thursday and Friday due to weather. I expressed my frustration that someone should've called to tell me they weren't coming. The receptionist offered to reschedule me but I had already decided to use someone else. The receptionist offered to put me through to the office manager to see if she could "make things right". However, the office manager only made things worse. She found nothing wrong with not contacting any of their appointments for that day and said she announced their closure on Facebook (which I didn't know, don't follow them on FB, and don't consider that sufficient notice of breaking an appointment). She said since no one was in the office there was no way for them to call customers to reschedule. When I suggested calling from home, she said "We don't do that." She was unapologetic and didn't seem at all bothered about losing my business. It's unfortunate because I was a return customer and now I'll never use them again.

November 2019 we had Best Glass come out to our business to replace 2 large window panes and surrounding frames. During installation, the owner was not present, and the workers were not working steadily (we have cameras and were checking their progress). At one point my husband approached them to check the progress, and noticed that the install was very sloppy. Upon asking the workers about the state of their work, they became defensive, so my husband contacted the owner about our concerns. The owner was very responsive and came out to check the work. He agreed that it was not up to standard and stayed to remove the existing work, and help complete the project himself. We were very happy with the finished product and the owner’s commitment to quality. Fast forward just two years, November 2021, one of their window panes had completely split and fractured. I contacted the company to have them come out to see what may have caused this. When the workers came out, they could not answer any of my questions nor could they give any reason as to what could have caused the break. Their response was, ‘glass breaks’, and that they would be in contact. A couple days passed and no one called, so I contacted the company. They said they had no new information for me and that they would have the owner contact me. A few more days passed and I still did not receive a call. I called again and spoke with a receptionist, she checked, and quoted me the same price we already paid to fix the one window, and mentioned they had no warranty. I expressed my concern about the situation, and asked again to have the owner call me. It is now January 2022, and I still have not received a call from the owner or anyone at all from the business about my concerns. I did not inquire on their warranty (or lack of) for their glass prior to hiring. Although, this should have been clearly stated as it would have affected our decision to hire. According to this business, you can hire them, but their product can and will fail for no reason, and they will do nothing to fix it. As a fellow business owner and customer, I want others to know our experience and the lack of care and communication we’ve received after having issues with the product. We must now hire a different company that will stand by their product to fix Best Glass’ faulty product.
