We have billing issues a lot, got hit with a $1000 bill a couple months ago and they were not able to resolve it. Customer service is nice but not able to fix the issue. Will start looking for other providers

Called then and they told me my power would be turned on the same day. They had 12 hours to do it. My power did not get turned on and I had to throw away the contents of my fridge. Don't lie to your customers.

Tiffany was so kind and knowledgeable when I called to transfer my service. She answered all of my questions and even helped me to set up autopay all in under 10 minutes. Thank you, Tiffany!
