Rhapsodies Gourmet Frozen Custard and Sandwiches

I do not recommend Rhapsodies at all. We went there for dinner and dessert. Their customer service was terrible… they were out of several items, and didn’t bother to tell us until long after we ordered. Then we waited a very long time for our food. It sat on a tray on the back counter for a good ten minutes or so, basically being ignored, until one of the employees barked at one of the other employees to bring the tray out to us. The place appeared to be run by a bunch of teenagers, who were very unprofessional and disorganized. On the flip side, ice cream orders were being filled much more quickly. The ice cream was good, but nothing special. If you’re looking for delicious ice cream and great customer service, try Ardy & Ed’s or Leon’s… both are excellent!

First time there today. Food and shake were great. Best "fast food" I have had in a long time. Friendly staff. Very clean. Will definitely go back!

Awesome place…great frozen custard!!! Forgot to take the pic, coz once we started eating, we couldn’t put our spoon down…a must visit
