Been donating for about a year and a half. Everyone has always been fantastic!! Today the section I was in was super busy. Three people who sat down AFTER me where hooked up BEFORE me. When I asked a girl in my section, Holly how they know who sits down first she says they try and “remember” she then walks away to chit chat with employees who are in the room where they turn in the plasma. Holly then proceeds to come attend to ALL customers in my section except me walking around with smirk on her face the whole time. During all of this she left her coworker Spencer running around like a chicken with his head cutoff!!! Spencer was FANTASTIC! So when I was done donating, ready to be unhooked from the machine Holly proceeds to unhooked other customers who finished AFTER me!! I have been in all sorts of customer roles in my working career and this has got to be one of the WORSE displays of customer service I have witnessed and certainly been subject too!! addressed it with a manager. If anything is done who knows.

Yesterday was my first time donating plasma and my experience was incredible! Towards the end I started to get lightheaded and nearly passed out but the tech (Mitch) was very quick to rehydrate me and didn't leave my side until I was standing up. Every person I encountered was kind, patient, and thorough. I will 100% be back!Hi Jamie, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive first time donor experience! Thank you for your part in helping to change lives.

The staff is pleasant but way under staffed . Normally can get in and out but this is a bit ridiculous to come in then be sent outside with a buzzer for 15 minutes, only to come in and stand in another line for 20 minutes before getting to question and testing. My time is worth more than this. 🤔We are sorry to hear about your visit at BioLife.
