This place is absolutely amazing! I have NEVER experienced such extraordinary customer service, and I don't even have an account with them (yet!). I want to give a HUGE shout out to Megan who works as a loan officer there. I called with plenty of questions and she took the time to help me out a lot and even went as far as to place me on hold so she could make sure that her responses were as accurate as possible (I had a fairly difficult situation). She truly helped me out after experiencing several years of difficult times and eventually being physically laughed at by a different loan officer from another business. I wish that I could express my sincerity in how thankful I am for the impact she and this company made in my life with one simple phone call and an incredibly helpful and caring employee. Thank you a thousand times!

The employees at this bank have misdirected me twice in the past 6 months 1. They told me I couldn't change my debt card pin at a branch and had to do it over the phone. When I called US Bank i was informed I could only change my pin ins branch or get it mailed to me 2. I needed to change the type of checking account I had. I was told I needed to go another location. I drove to the US Bank on Main St in Fond du Lac where they told me the other location could have helped me and I didnt need to drive all the way there. I will NOT be going back to this branch!

Third party account sharing lets you designate someone to access your accounts for the purpose of sharing data with another third party, like an accountant, or an online accounting application. They have view-only access to accounts you designate, and as always, you maintain full control over data shared by your third party delegate in the My Controls tab in online banking.
If you revoke access by mistake or change your mind later, you can re-enable access by visiting the third-party website or app in which you previously shared your data.
Many third parties use service providers to assist in collecting your account information from various financial institutions. To make sure you understand who you've authorized to receive your account information, we provide the name of the third party and the service provider it uses to collect your data.
You can manage your sharing preferences on the My Controls tab within your U.S. Bank online or mobile session. You'll see a list of third parties that have access to your financial data through the secure connection. In most cases, you'll see a list of the specific data elements that you're sharing. If you revoke access, the third party will no longer have ongoing access to your account information through the secure connection. However, they may still be able to retain and use the data that you previously shared.
