I’ve shopped here on several occasions and about a year ago my family and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I recently went back to purchase a helmet and riding jacket and I have to say that I’ll probably never go back to this specific store. I had the high expectations of the same service that I had experienced before and the staff couldn’t bother to see if I needed any help at all. The muttered “hey” as I walked past the sales counter, which was just a quick glance up from their phone just to go back to what ever they were doing on it to begin with. I get it… no one wants to close a retail shop on Saturday night but I would have wanted to interact with someone who wanted to do their job for at least two seconds. I would have just bought my stuff on line but I wanted to try it on in store. Found a helmet and a jacket but no one to pull it down for me. Guess I should have been born a female cause coincidentally enough when a female walked in… the two guys at the desk walked the whole store with her. And boy did they seem awful helpful then. Two stars for the service. Prices are the same there and the internet but at least you get to try the stuff on there. Again the only reason I went back.

Very helpful staff, came in right when they opened needed a full set of gear for dirt and the staff asked questions and helped get stuff that suited my needs. Very satisfied with the purchase and the experience.

Call today was on hold 15 min then I call back they pick up and hang up. Never going back again. Start going to sac there alot nicer.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
Yup, someone working there should be able to help you find a helmet that fits well.
