I had the worst experience ever here. I brought in a xr100 head to have a valve guide replaced and that was all… called after about a week and the front counter said he seen a tech working on it so he’ll go check if it’s done because he computer was showing it not done and he was going to call back when he found out. Didn’t get a call back so I called the next day and he told me the tech was waiting for another tech about retreading a spark plug hole. But no phone call to me personally until They told me about the issue when I was checking if the head was done….the first two pictures they sent me while it was in their shop and the third one was before I brought it in, I personally took the spark plug out before I went in and now I can’t put said spark plug back in because the threads on the head are now messed up… great work Modesto Honda Ktm

Been looking for a bike for my wife. Unfortunately beginner bikes are hard to come by these days. I’ve called and dealt with many dealers over the past couple weeks looking for a new Ninja 400. Many dealers have been rude, dismissive and in some cases made us very uncomfortable. One dealer ignored us completely as we walked through 4 show rooms. This wasn’t the case here. Modesto Kawasaki entered my radar as one was in Modesto, I was ecstatic. I called and Cindy helped. We got a deposit put on the bike and everything from then on was smooth sailing. Cindy and team made sure we were in and out quickly with exactly what we wanted. No rude or dismissive salesman. No one treating us like weirdos. The staff was all genuine, kind and made sure we were happy from the moment we walked in the door. We both knew we had finally came to the right place. Planning to upgrade my own bike in the not too distant future and even if they have to order it, this is very likely where I’ll be returning.

They do have dirt bikes but prices vary. Finace is always available. Call in and speak to one of their reps they can help you if your looking for a specific bike.

They work on all Kawasaki motorcycles. I don't know if they charge for a diagnosis, which is probably what you meant, but you can call and get an estimate for no charge.
