ZERO STARS!! I've never experienced such horrible customer service. There actually is NO customer service. You call the phone number and a recording comes on that says they're too busy to answer the phone. They suggest you email them so I did, 3x but they never answer. They took our money and did not do their job!! How is it possible they are able to operate like this? Their job is literally to ensure that other people have a license so they can operate in their jobs. Something needs to change. This office needs a major reorg!

Incredible lack of customer support. Cannot reach an operator - recording says all are too busy and hangs up. I have to send an email to reset password? This is ridiculous. The person responsible for this system needs to be replaced. Ive sent a note to our NYS assembly person to ask how we can be paying for a system and people who appear to be ineffective in managing what should be a very simple system
