Friendly staff, and they do good work. However, they frequently seem to overbook/ run late, so don't plan on a quick in- and-out, even if you have an appointment. Give yourself time.

Reasons why I wouldn't recommend them: 1) Very significant language barrier. 2) Their scheduling system is a joke. It's more like a loose suggestion. When I called to schedule my appointments they didn't even ask for my name or phone number. Several people showed up at their scheduled times while I was getting my services done and they were asked to return in an hour. 3) They are very understaffed.There were only 3 people working when I went, and the same people who are performing the services are also in charge of answering the phone/keeping track of appointments (which explains my previous point). 4) Prepare to be jerked around. They took a walk-in client before my boyfriend's 95 year-old Nana, who had a scheduled appointment with us. She was left waiting for 40 minutes before they started her acrylic manicure. 5) Poor quality of service. They barely spent any time pushing/ removing cuticles. My gel manicure barely lasted 10 days. I had to remove it because it was already chipping. That's the shortest lasting gel manicure I've ever had, and after spending $200 for one gel mani, two gel pedis, and one acrylic mani, I'm quite disappointed. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one is because Nana's acrylic manicure actually turned out decen. But that's far from enough for me to return there or recommend them to anyone else.
