I will never rent here again. I wish I could leave negative stars. Not only did they charge me for three additional days (I specifically asked if I could return the car after hours, and left it in the lot with the keys in the after hours return box on Friday night, but they failed to check it in during their open hours on Saturday), but they also claimed I damaged the car, which I did not. The damage undoubtedly occurred in their lot. If you do rent here, only return during business hours and insist that they check in the car with you so they cannot file a false claim against you. I remain exceedingly sad that the Hertz on Center Street closed, as I never had a problem with them, and will only rent from Avis on Ocean Street in the future, which is run by a very nice guy and where I have had good experiences.

My experience with Enterprise was friendly - and I especially appreciated the ease of renting a car while mine was being repaired. I would recommend Enterprise for anyone needing to rent a car.
