I brought my car in on a Friday at 1:30 p.m. to get one tire replaced. The guy I spoke with said it would take about an hour. Two and a half hours later the car had not even been brought back into the shop yet. They call me after closing to tell me that they didn't have enough time to fix it that day and they'll have it ready in the morning. The guy who called me, said they would give me a discount for the inconvenience. I pick up the car the next morning and there's no discount applied. There were multiple times when they just outright failed to communicate with me about any delays so I can at least consider other options for the day. Then they failed again in applying a discount that they offered for the inconvenience. I'm surprised this place gets such high ratings because this was an awful experience. I absolutely will not be coming back here.

I’ve been a customer here for over 15 years and have always been treated fairly and honestly. I’ve trusted them for my tires and all work on my vehicles that they’re able to do. They will repair your flat tire even if you didn’t purchase it there for free. I’m going to miss them since I’m moving across the country. They said I could call them for a referral to a mechanic in my new area and even ask for advice. Fabian is wonderful.
