This place is great at what they do when it comes to tinting. My sisters and I have taken our cars to the Watsonville location and I just recently took my SUV to this location and they did a good job. As for communication, not so good. My brother just bought the same SUV as me and was looking to get his windows tinted. I recommended him to Platinum. I made the appointment for him to make sure that he was going to get the same rate I did, we do have the same vehicle. The appointment was set for 11/27 at noon. I was surprised because it was thanksgiving weekend and most businesses are closed, the guy confirmed that they would be open that day and said we will see you at noon. The day of the appointment my brother arrived to see that they were closed. We live in Saratoga, that is a 40min drive. I was so upset when he told me, I will call on Monday, and try to figure out why there was lack of communication.
