Easy to get to & plenty of parking. However, the building is not open. Not a good thing if you're waiting on a bus or waiting for a ride. There is a bell to ring & wait for service by a live employee through glass.. No public restroom that I could see.

Very bad service from Erie to Cleveland they book you for 9:15 and it’s 11:34 and it’s still haven’t came to Erie I called and they say they can’t track the bus and the man next to me calls at the same time as I did and they told him the bus will arrive at 11:45am still waiting everything in the station is closed.

You don't need id to travel on greyhound it's not the law. Be persistent I lost my ID in Florida last year and I was persistent and I'll still be able to travel on the bus back to Washington State there's no law required ID to travel not yet fight for your right to travel 😉
The posted hours for this facility Monday - Sunday 7:30am to 8:30pm. If you need to have your ticket in hand to board a Greyhound bus prior to 7:30am or after 8:30pm will need to pick up ticket during normal business hours or to purchase your ticket online and choose "Print at home" option.

Just go to their website and enter city your leaving from and going to as if you were actually going to purchase your ticket online, make sure to also click on return trip. Then you will be presented with all trips leaving on whatever day you picked, it also gives various prices based on non refundable / refundable tickets. Once you choose what time to leave, then repeat same for return trip times and costs ... at this point you could go ahead and purchase and print your own ticket at home or choose "Will Call" for picking up in person. If leaving from Erie early in morning or late in evening remember that unlike many stations Erie location is closed and you must already have ticket in hand and wait on backside of station to board bus as building will be locked and no one at ticket counter. If by chance this happens you will need to jump out in Buffalo to get your ticket printed out so you can present it to driver to continue to Rochester, have CC used and have reservation# in hand.
