Somehow this location managed to botch all three sandwiches ordered. I’m pretty flexible and can deal with it but I think there needs to be some training or some thing on how to pull off a sandwich quick. That’s the sole purpose of this restaurant

Normally don't leave reviews however my experience today was ridiculous. I visited this located and placed my order with the cashier (Ayiana) who looked very uninterested with being there. After I placed my order and waited for the cashier to give me my cup and receipt for my food, who walked away while I was standing there, I took it upon myself to take both items. After reviewing my receipt I noticed that my order had been rang up wrong and went back down to the cashier who was now texting on the phone. I stated to her that my order had been rang up wrong and she responded by telling me I had taken the receipt and that was the only way they would know how to make my order (note...my order was already rang up wrong). I responded by stating that since she had walked away I went ahead and grabbed my receipt and cup since she didn't give it to me to being with which I stated that in the past I already received a receipt prior to getting my sandwich and workers has even asked if I'd like a receipt. I asked the cashier what her name was and she responded with "I don't know". I then asked to speak to the manager of site who I spoke with about the issue. She informed me that the receipt is given to the customer at the end of the line which I get however, in the past I had always been given the receipt up front. The manger verbally stated that I was lying and that I was "doing" her job since I "worked there". If this is the person you have in charge of running your business and managing your employees at this located I would highly re-think that. There was no apology and no concern. I later found out what the cashiers name was by looking on my receipt. Needless to say I will never come back to this location.

Waiting over 30 minutes for two sandwiches is not “freaky fast”. This place has slowed down over the past year. Will be going to every other JJs over this one from now on.

I work within half a mile of this location so it should theoretically be more convenient for me but this Tuesday I ordered two sandwiches for myself and a coworker that hadn’t been sent out for delivery for an hour and a half after my order, so I cancelled it. An hour after cancelling, a rude driver shows up to my work place with the food that was cancelled. After telling him it was cancelled, he said, “that’s not my problem, I’m just a driver.” So delivery is clearly not going to be an option anymore. Today I go there myself to order a Turkey sandwich with cheese and pickles and return to work to find it loaded with jalapeños and no pickles. I don’t know if it’s because I cancelled my order earlier this week and they remembered my company name from my uniform and decided to be spiteful or if they are truly the most incompetent food service workers I’ve ever met in my life. Either way, I would strongly recommend to anyone that wants Jimmy johns to go to a different location.
