Great staff and the location is perfect. The hotel itself is a little dated. The room could have been cleaned better. Leftover loose cereal in the mini fridge and bottle caps left in the bathroom on the floor. Holes in the blackout curtains. No coffee maker in the room. The balcony seemed a little weird it was slanted and only had 1 chair to sit on. The bathroom is really small especially the shower. We only had one set of towels. For the price you would think things would be in better condition. The bed was comfy. Plenty of space in the room. Our room had a king bed w/balcony that faced the pool. There was no valet parking and we had to pay to park our vehicle per day which we were unaware of until check in. So we pre paid our parking fee so make sure to keep your room key on the last day to get out of the parking lot. Not too sure if we would stay here again. One place to definitely eat at the Hard Rock is The Oyster Bar very yummy!!

This is a very nice place to start with for all . The fokes were very nice and service was great. The employees were really friendly and very helpful for some information about the lake . I think they need fresh air in the building with all the people that were in their. Drinks were okay . Food was a little bit cold but was wonderful food. Made our group of 12 fill comfortable and welcome. Way to go team keep it up we all will be getting together again soon and looking forward to see you all again . Thanks for being great employees made our time worthwhile. Thanks again Gold Stars for all . π

First time staying at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in So Lake Tahoe. What a great experience it was. My room was too warm so I asked the front desk for a fan. Instead of giving me a fan they upgraded us to a room with a nice balcony overlooking their beautiful pool area. The manager also comped us $40 in food vouchers. He was so pleasant and accommodating. I will never stay in any other hotel in Lake Tahoe again. We also had a great dinner at the Oyster bar and were comped drinks at the bar. All in all a perfect 5 star experience.

Look at this ridiculous view with the snow falling and sunset over the lake. That was pretty majestic. We had a great time and would recommend the hotel. Gambling options were convenient. Lots of great restaurants close by. The heating in the hotel was strange on the upper levels (canβt speak for the lower - heat rises). It was 80 degrees in our room with the door shut with no in-room option to moderate temp. We cracked the door at night and it was fine - just not what you might expect on that front.

There's a special event room also
Most casinos kids stay free. As long as there's 2 paying adults. As most hotels and resorts are sold on double occupancy
I do not believe so. The wife and i didnt watch to much t.v. and our 2 boys (8 &11) pretty much watched cartoons; when we were in the room.
Yes, they have also valet parking
Yeah there is a paid beach 2 blocks away or driving to other beaches that are free is also nice. Some charge an entrance fee so be sure to look around.
I agree with Isaias & Meerim. There are also some restaurants nearby and places to grab a quick bite other places like shops if you want to do some shopping. Just depends on what you're in the mood for, There is something for everyone.
Yes. Different types I would guess. Ex. Spa, dining, ect
The front desk will assist you. You will just need a form of Identification.
I did not see any but there was room to stay with no hook ups.
I would call ahead and ask I didnt see any while I was there.
I park accord the street at the Monte Carlo hotel something like that it is a much bigger parking lot and closer to walk to hard rock and they don't tow cars like the sign say . you walk across the street and walk right in the front entrance
I asked 3 times, all while playing on the machines. 1 told me to go to the bar, 1 ignored me and walked off, and the other gave me a hassle about it but eventually did.. I genuinely have no idea why they all acted this way, and it wasn't only towards me...
I believe so . I thougjt i seen it but not positive
No it is not. it gets closed for the winter season. They dont allow any one in pool in the winter. It wont be open again untill spring or summer. they have a sign posted that States that it is closed and locked. They may have a hot tub though you can ask
No worries. Let them know about what time you are arriving
No mount Bleu has walk in showers which is across the street
Idk. Check their website will be your best bet
Harvey and Mont Bleu
yes and no. there is space in the back lot for rvs to park, but there is not an rv park with hookups.
I would call to be sure.
Was there 2 weeks ago and since I didn't pay I'm not positive but I think it was either 50 or $100 but they give it back so long as you don't charge anything extra to the room like movies or room service
Weβve been waiting for our food order for almost a hour!!!..and still havenβt been served!!!!
