Cakes tasted pretty good. Only downside was that the plastic container they had them in made the bottoms soggy. I placed the order online the day before and watched as she grabbed them out of the display cooler when I got there to pick them up. Not sure if that's how it normally works since it was my first time ordering. I thought they would be fresh and warm. If I had to return, I would definitely not want one out of the "cooler".

The wait time to pick up a cake you ordered over the phone or online is horrible! My pick up time was 4pm I arrived at maybe 4:15ish I didn’t receive my cake until well after 5 o’clock. This place is total chaos and very unorganized.. I patiently stood on the side waiting for my order for seems like forever. People that came after me were getting their cakes before me and the people that came and ordered cakes at the counter seems to have been served faster. After being very patient I had to ask about my order twice. After asking a heavy set African American female with a low hair cut the second time she became very snooty with me I’m assuming out of frustration. The cakes are great but the customer service makes me cringe at the thought of going back there.
