Worst experience ever..... started out with no actual doctor on site and cumulated with glasses that aren't the right prescription. Should be an easy fix, mistakes happen..... this is the 3rd day of trying to reach someone to no avail..... called another store, talked to someone who can't help because everything is in the cortland store....I needed a contact exam too, so glad I waited and I'll definitely take my business elsewhere. Update:after customer service asked for an email and my contact info, I received a pattern response that upper management has been informed. We are on week 3 where I cannot Eben get the prescription to go to another eye doctor to get the right glasses. So I'll follow up with the nys department of health and my insurance company to stop payment Update 2: stopped in to get the prescription so I can take my business somewhere else based on the complete fake of this company and management, but wanted to share that i discovered the reason for never getting a phone call answered, the phone is unplugged. If I could give zero stars, I would. That store claims to have no manager and the customer service thru corporate is going unanswered 4 weeks after they requested my contact info

Started off with a very long wait time. The assistant, Brittany, isn't customer oriented. She didn't greet us, introduce herself to us or have correspondence with the virtual optometrist. She wasnt very friendly at all. Alexis on the other hand is a very nice customer oriented person. She is friendly and very helpful. She is a true gem to Visionworks. If anything anything give her a raise! She had more customer service than all of the employees combined. The employees had zero pep in their step besides her!!! Absolutely adored her. Everyone else needs to get some training on customer service and be more like Alexis!!! She is the only one the that made the appointment good. So THANK YOU Alexis!

Would not recommend at all. Waited over 2 hours both days we were there, and I’ve been calling for days trying to find out if his glasses are in to get a I think so let me put you on hold and check, never call back. Will never go here again.
