I had more than 10 old photos from the second world war up through the 1980s to have reprinted. The reprints came out better than I could imagine! There were details in the new photos which weren't visible within the originals.

Such a great experience. I had a locket which needed a very small photo, and they gave me great advice when I dropped the original photo off, and when I picked up the copy. It is SO GREAT when an expert shares what for them is common knowledge. You don't know what you don't know, until someone is generous enough to tell/teach you. The staff is very friendly however I had an old photo “restored” I don’t think the price matched the quality. The picture is now darker and harder to see. I wouldn’t consider it restored. I’m very disappointed I don’t mind paying a lot of money. But in this case the price didn’t match the quality I’m definitely unsatisfied.
