I don't normally have feelings about a grocery store but this one has annoyed me too many times to ignore. Produce selection is sad with a sparse, wilted selection on the wet rack. I've tried 3 separate times to get customer service for bill pay to be told that there was no one in the store who could do it-forcing me to drive somewhere else. I've only ever ever seen 1 manned checkstand that wasn't self checkout and their light is always off to appear unavailable even with wild lines and your self checkout forces customers to be slow and require constant assistance with how the bagging system works. I was one of the fastest checkers when I worked at Safeway and self checkout drives. Me. Nuts. It's so slow. Lastly not your fault but trying to get out of the parkinglot to go left on West Main is a nightmare in traffic too. You're now the most "convenient" store to my work but I gotta remember to drive elsewhere to a more pleasant shopping experience.

Clean store, layout even though just changed is inconvenient. Easy to miss dressings and condiments also bread. If you miss it then from the main grocery you have to walk clear back over by produce. Not happy.

The lady doing carts needs to be more aware of her surroundings. Came in around six and went to grab a cart and she slammed one right into me. Not okay. Shopping was okay but check out was a complete disaster. Self check and only one register open where the cashier was going incredibly slow.We are sorry to hear about the experience you had in our store, Fernando.
