Whoever was working drive-thru 7/12 around 8pm was EXTREMELY rude. To me & the car ordering while I was at the window. Find someone with better customer service skills to run your window.

If I could leave no stars I would. We went inside and waited for about 5 minutes for someone to put down their mic to come take our order after the whole crew had to come and see a real human. We finally got our order taken by a little attitude.We watch as second one just grab and throw things into boxes,Than she dropped the tray with a thud and said here. Husband went up to get butter and stood for a few minutes. 3 cars went through the drive up window and all he wanted was butter. By then I had enough and told him to forget it walking back someone finally came to the counter we didn’t eat our butter less cold biscuits one of my favorite things there

Need more workers to get the line go faster ...iv set there about 20 or 30 minutes many times that would help a little . but other then that it's good food .

I went through the drive thru on 2-10-2022 around 12:30-1:00pm. I asked if they had chicken livers, the guy said "hold on let me check". He came back a minute later and said "yes we do, what size would you like?" I ordered a large and a few other items. When we got our bag it had NO chicken livers. So I went through the drive thru again and said "hi I just came through and ordered some chicken livers but I never got them" the man said "you never got them?" Is a snarky voice then said "K pull around". When I got to the window it was a different man (wearing all black, looked like the cook) he slid the window open and said "are you the chicken livers?" I said "yes, thank you" then he literally whipped the bag of food out his window and into my car then slammed his window shut. I just laughed and drove away. Then surprise, surprise, the chicken livers were mushy and under cooked. I wanted to go back through and ask for a refund at this point but I figured the chicken liver guy must be having a hard day so I let it pass. Won't be returning though because a cookie was also missing from the order. Mind you, i was VERY polite the whole time. Just a mister grumpy gills I guess.
