Worst care possible. The doctors don't know whats going on half the time. The RN tried pushing me into a CT scan before testing me for pregnancy which is a ED 101 protocol. No one asked what I wanted to do. They will do whatever is easiest to get answers even at the expense of the patient.

I want to "Thank" all the wonderful nurses and Dr's at the Hickman Hospital. When I arrived in severe pain and weakness I was taken care of immediately. The Nurses in the emergency area were so kind and Dr. Soloman was also. Explained all so carefully. When put on floor 3, those nurses were absolutely "angels". " Dr. Aurakzai (Dr. A) was so kind and gentle, Spent over 35 minutes comforting and explaining everything. He came to see me both days and also talked to my son and 2 daughters not just once but both days. If you ever need a Dr. see if you can reach him. Dr. Decker who performed my "surgery" to relieve my pain was very through and have a fallow up appointment in 2 weeks. Again a big "Thank You" to the wonderful nurse on floor 3 and the Dr's.

Pleasantly surprised! We sat in the waiting room no longer than 10 seconds. Nurses filed in one after another to do their work. We were called back for tests very quickly. Dr. Johnson-Mendoza was awesome. I felt like my son was in good hands with everyone there. Everyone was very kind.
