I visited the UPS store for a Amazon return, being a Saturday I was prepared for at minimum 7 min line. To my surprise when I enters the store the few customers there was were attended to quickly and was in and out in no time at all. I would like to give a shout out to Heather she was the associate that assisted me with my transaction. Heather was attentive to what I needed quick and efficient and all while smiling . I’m sure working in the service industry she is not appreciated as much as she should be. Heather. Thank you for helping me quickly . You are great Art

The service here is entirely dependent on who waits on you. Anna a shift supervisor insisted our package could not be found at the store after “looking” for it even though proof of delivery showed she had accepted it. After 40 minutes in the store trying to contact customer service an associate Lyndsay stepped in to help, and found the package in less than 5 minutes. Kudos to Lyndsay, Anna should work a lot harder when things get complicated.

We just had the most amazing experience at your ups store with Lyndsay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our packing issues. Not once did she frown or act like we were inconveniencing her. She maintained a positive attitude as she worked tirelessly to package a near impossible item. We’re thankful for people like Lyndsay in todays day and age. She definitely deserves recognition for having an outstanding work ethic!!
