Excellent Service. Coop came to our house to clean our HVAC ducts. He was very professional, courteous, and thoughtful of his customer's time. He arrived early, spent time investigating the system , and thoroughly explained the work he'd be doing and how long it would take. He was very clean and thorough throughout the process, and made sure everything was returned to the way it was before he arrived. He showed us before and after videos of his work. Called a couple of places to get quotes for just installing a humidifier on our furnace. Not only did Charles come in at the cheapest, they didn't try to up-sell us on upgrading our furnace or adding central air. They gave us the honest facts that it wasn't worth it for our setup and we really appreciate their honesty. Todd did the install for us and he arrived right on time, ensured not to track dirt through the house, and worked with us on the optimal setup (even giving us a free replacement pump for the water drain line). Work went smoothly and we're very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done.
