Online order pickup is a joke, half of the items ordered were either out of stock or they couldn’t find them in the store. Why the hell are they showing in stock online then? Wasted a gallon of gas, had I knew ahead wouldn’t have come.

BJs used to be a great place to save money, now its a great place to be made to feel like a criminal more than a customer. The entire experience just isn't worth the hassle anymore. Many items are more per unit price than regular area supermarkets. During shortages they were the last ones to have stock again. They put limits on how much you can buy. So why would anyone continue to pay a yearly fee when you cant even buy in bulk anymore. The company is either in trouble or just money grabbing during a pandemic and it shows. Where there used to be free samples are now sales people hassling you while you shop, so much so that you choose to skip the entire isle to avoid them. Everything from to switching cell phone carriers to switching electricity companies. Hell maybe there will be time share people there soon. Looking forward to alternatives moving into the area. Will never renew my membership and I highly suggest anyone thinking about joining to save their hard earned dollars and shop elsewhere. If I were a stock holder I would sell immediately. This company is right on target to file for bankruptcy within the next few years.

You can go online to bjs.com or go in store to customer service desk and give them your debit or credit card and you will be added as member, make sure you have your driver's license just incase. Sometimes you can find discounts on google.com to get money off your membership. Be ready cause they take your picture and put it on your card.. hope this helps...
Sorry I don't know. Have you tried their website? They might have the measurements there. Good luck! I went there today, I saw a chair with the possible number. If it is the right one, it might be 41inches tall. I hope that helps!
