I can only rate this from what my friends place looked like. It was beautiful. The apartments are so roomie. They are not small or run down and you get the radisson extras which I love. The only downfall on my end is that I have been trying to get into this place for 3 years and continue to remain 21 on the list which I find strange. I am still waiting to get in there and it's becoming more and more of a need to get in now but I'll probably be waiting another 3 years or more.

I put my application in for a 2/3 bedroom in November of 2016, I was moved in to a 2 bedroom by April 2017 and stayed on the wait list for a 3 bedroom, however once moved in u have to be in your apt for a full year before transfering to another apartment, it is now almost Oct of 2018 and we move into our 3 bedroom on Sunday, so the wait list isn't horrendous but the sooner the better for sure!
Could be a long time if youre number 38, 3 bedroom wait list is a lot longer as the turn over rates for the 3 bedrooms isnt fast, these are beautiful affordable apartments so people tend to stay, especially in 3 bedrooms. I put my app in for 2/3 bedroom Nov 2016 and was moved into a 2 bedroom by April 2017 and stayed on the 3 bedroom wait list, however once moved in u have to be in your apt for a full year without any problems before u can transfer to a diff apartment, we move into our 3 bedroom on Sunday so for me its been less than 2 years to get into a 3 bedroom, and 6 months to get into my 2 bedroom
There is a waiting list for these apartments go online and fill out an application first
