The service here us ridiculously long. I had glasses come in but wasnt notified, the order was in pending status but i found they were here all along.

Myself and my husband both scheduled an appointment together, we showed up, and was told that it would be a VERY long time before we were seen, and if we did wait we wouldn’t be promised we would be seen because the Drs may not pick up (as this is a virtual eye exam) which fine, we rescheduled…then we spent nearly 2 hours there waiting to be checked out and for our printed prescription I didn’t waste even more time trying to order contacts or glasses! This week I have tried to order contacts through a 3rd party and Visionworks would not verify my prescription, they rejected it 3 times with the third party!! I ended up going in person to get my printed prescription so that I could obtain contacts! What a terrible experience! Never will go back and don’t recommend going! My husband was also chastised for not masking correctly while trying glasses on.

Hi i know this was posted one year ago, but since the pandemic is sort of over you can call and make an appointment, you can get new glasses, or you can just walk in and have them fixed people do it all the time! I hope this helped!
Depends on your prescription. For my daughter they did them in one day. But for me my prescription is stronger they couldn't.
