Zero humanity (Don’t Rent Here).Basically my 2 year old son ,my husband and I are being forced to move out, by not renewing our lease, it forces us to try to apply and locate another place to live with nothing being available before our lease is up. Management basically already rented out our apartment before we even have a new place to live, forcing us to almost go homeless. They won’t even accommodate us with a small extension until a new place is available. Don’t bother contacting them about maintenance, maintenance won’t fix nothing. We have two broken post on our toilet, reported and they never fixed it. The washer machine in the building broke and they only perform band-aid fixes on it and want you to pay use, it never washes the clothes and forces us to look elsewhere to wash. Grenadier Village is a bunch of greedy, selfish and show zero empathy people. If I could rate this place a zero I would.

My fiancé and I have lived in the majestic circle area for three years and loved it. Affordable compared to some of the newer builds in the area and never had problems with any neighbors. The only issue that ever came up was bees on the back porch but we let management know and it was taken care of in a few days. The windows can get drafty in the winter but that is expected with the age of the apartments. If it were not for us moving out of state, we would gladly continue to live here.
