I agree with ms. Donna . new owners/ mgmt. New rules etc . almost like a prison setting. Except more cockroaches in the past 4-5 months than over the past year!

Supposedly a company by the name of Three Diamond Development bought the building in March 2021. And a management company pretty much oversees everything here . We've seen 2 different "property managers" since then. And have yet to see or meet any owners. It was a good place before these people bought the building. Have not done any updates or improvement as promised as of yet .
