3 is honestly being generous, and I hate to leave bad reviews but this location needs some serious rework. Myself and another person waited 40 minutes almost to the minute for our orders which were not large or complicated. Meanwhile, two individuals got their food and went on break. I understand employees need breaks but the dinner rush is starting at an interstate location and these individuals are not even helping out their fellow employees. The manager did not seem to know who was were . I saw some young man go and "heat up" the food and then he disappeared. If this is supposed to be a "great first job" I'm sure it's great for the employees who don't have to work and arent being monitored but it's a little annoying for the customers.

I do not know why McDonalds cannot get a coffee order right. I tell them how much sugar and creamer my better half wants and most of the time its straight black coffee! How hard is it to put in what is on the ticket??!!! We are done with the poot service and won't go back.
