The 1st & ONLY time going to this hospital for anything! Had to go to ER for work related injury, was there 6 hours. I'm relatively lucky considering the average wait time was 6 to 10 hours. Absolutely miserable! Bathroom was nasty, no convience of charging my cell phone anywhere.

I had an colonoscopy today in the hospital .. It went wonderful !! I was scared because it can be difficult to put an Iv in my arms. I am a heart patient and it usually takes 8 to 15 times to get a line in me. My nurse Brooke was Excellent and got it on the first stick .. SHE WAS PATIENT AND IT WENT SOME SMOOTHLY. She used the vein finder and had Nurse Haley hold it while she placed the IV. They both were wonderful and help keep me calm.. It you have a procedure ask for Brooke or Haley !! Very satisfied! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Thank you !!

Poor service for their patients. Beth in the ER is very rude! Who doesn’t draw a lactic acid on a patient with cellulitis so bad they need to go to OR to irrigate the joint? Then the nurse on 4th floor is clueless how did she get a RN license? She never assessed her patient or asked one question on arrival to the floor, Who sends a patient to the OR stops their Vancomycin and don’t send it with them in the meantime the patient sits in preop for 3 hours without their Vancomycin! Then when she is questioned she contraindicated herself and made herself look stupid! It amazes me that nothing happens to improve quality of care! Southeastern you need to train your staff!

Nurses were nice. My wife seen her mother here for the first time in 20 years. My son met his grandmother. She said the hospital is taking care of her. The whole place looked clean and orderly running
