My dog had a small injury and we were able to be seen the same day. The nurse and the vet were both extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered every one of my questions and made sure we understood the medical instructions before leaving. I was very pleased with the care my dog received.

We had a great visit, they were awesome with my dog. My dog is very anxious and they were nice and patient with him. They made our visit pleasant.

Front desk was not friendly, once called into a room the vet tech (she didn’t even tell up her title) didn’t even tell us her name. Then another girl came to take my daughter’s kitten, Luke and didn’t even say a word to us, she took his temp and walked out. Our cat Luke, who they kept calling him kitten, had swallowed nerf bullet. The girl at the front desk quoting one price and once got there to check in, ok as soon a Dr. Whitmon told me one price for the X-rays were were actually more. Then quoted me over $1600 for the surgery and a single mom of 5 I can’tfHe tried to up charge me over $300 of extra things not related to the surgery to save our cat. I explained I could not do more the $700. He was very inconsiderate of my daughter crying. All they offered me was care credit card. I walked out paying over $200 for Dr. Whitmon ok at the fact of my young kitten to die. I took my Great Dane there for many years never had an issue up until now.
