I’ll start out with the good They are very helpful, they have a wide variety of what seems to be very well maintained cars and trucks They do truly do what ever it takes to get you in a car that fits your payment. I personally had a bad experience with them for the fact that when I started this car buying journey I had a much lower credit score (low 500) and they had no problem getting me approved for a loan for the amount of money I felt comfortable putting down. A month later after I sold my daily driver cause I didn’t need it anymore they call me saying that I need to bring truck back because the bank has back out of the loan process. After fighting with them back and forth for a couple weeks my credit score dramatically increased mid 600s. We decided to go ahead and try and get me refinanced on another suv. Needless to say I had to put more money down and drive the 31/2 drive one way to swap cars and resign paperwork. Breken and Paul were also my salesman. And some days they were super easy and responsive about the situation other days they would say they will get back with me and I wouldn’t hear anything for 2 or 3 days. Overall my experience wasn’t the best I will say I left with vehicle I wanted and had to put way more than I was comfortable down around be reapproved on a different loan. I’d say if they can figure out there bank lenders better it would be a decent place to buy a car but for me it was beyond stressful and cost me a lot of money between extra down payments and having to miss days of work to deal with all of this
